This is my work.

My sweet spot is strategic and effective messaging through the arc of ideation, pre production, production, post production and distribution on all platforms across all media.

For the last 30 years I have been creating content, leading teams and managing departments in Los Angeles and San Francisco, creating Feature Films, Broadcast Spots, Short Form, Animation, Live Events and Corporate content.

I Direct and Lead Teams by helping companies navigate clients, new business and workflow throughout the Creative Process.

Nike Fuel Band Animation

This video was a request from Nike to show the new Fuel Band in an animated sequence. This video helped Nike to understand how the 3D model could be used creatively across all platforms for Print, Broadcast, Web, Mobile and Experiential. Allowing brand consistency through out all distribution platforms.

Stefano's Story "A Ship Called Splendid"

This animation tells the story of how a few brave souls helped to save the small Italian town of Genoa from the ravishing first wave of COVID 19. This story helps to explain to the children of HPE employees what their parents' company did during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Nintendo "What is amiibo?"

I conceptualized, wrote and directed this animation, targeted to 6 to 12 year old's. This piece is a graphic depiction of the use and diversity of amiibo figures and how you can play with and tap onto the Wii U and New 3DS XL to enjoy a variety of Nintendo games. Working with the Nintendo Retail Marketing team, I created and designed this animation, working closely with David Summers.

  • Department Lead and Creative Director, building & restructuring the HPE Creative Services department for Global Communications Department, supporting HPE Headquarters and PAN HPE across the US/North America, Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America and South Asian regions.

  • Driver of creative direction & vision for live events, video, animation, design and experiential creative content, creative development, production, post production and distribution for multiple departments and regions.

  • Supporting Global Comms, Employee Comms, Executive Comms, HR, Legal, Compute, Storage, Sales, Brand and Marketing.

  • Inherited the Media Solutions department with four employees to then build the robust, creative, streamlined and effective Creative Services Department consisting of 10 employees and 100 contractors supporting San Jose and Houston sound stages. A global web-based search company

  • Hired by Google and ASG – to analyze in-house video department and develop overall creative and technical analysis that defines department’s creative process, strategy and technical infrastructure, work flow and staffing needs to support Google’s video departments (studioG) in Mountain View, Santa Monica, New York, London and Dublin offices.

  • Lead creative and strategy for all Google in-house content.

  • Lead in implementing creative and technical analysis through build out of video post production facilities in all locations.

  • Manage production and post production vendors for Google’s studioG.

  • Managing video production teams, strategy, post production employees and equipment.

  • Team leader in the UI design, workflow and proprietary functions for Final Cut Server that was implemented by Google as the GAL (Google Asset Library) a searchable data base for all Google in-house asset and content (web, video and print).

An Omnicom Group owned full-service Advertising Agency 

  • Hired by Jeff Goodby & Rich Silverstein to develop existing organically grown in-house Post Production Department into a professional “A” list “end to end” Creative Production Facility, supporting all creative, production, post production, branding and Technical needs for Agency.

  • Manager of 25 staff & freelancers, overseeing editorial, audio, VFX, motion graphics and live action production for broadcast spots, pitch videos, idea videos, web films, website elements, theatrical promos, graphic elements, alternative media and creative development.

  • Created needed efficiency in all aspects of the department, increasing productivity by 35%.

  • Department worked as integral member of creative team that pitched and won new business equaling 1.6 billion dollars in 2007.
